Retreat venues

Retreat venues, vetted and booked.

You teach the workshop. You hold space for the cohort. We handle the venue search, the group room block, the meal planning, the transfers, and every other piece of logistics that gets in the way of you doing the work you're actually there to do.

The host shouldn't be the logistics manager. We free you up to teach.

Whether it's a yoga retreat in Tulum, a writers' week in Tuscany, a wellness intensive in the desert, or a leadership offsite in the woods — the work of holding a retreat is the work itself, not the booking spreadsheet.

We've placed retreats in Mexico, Portugal, Bali, Italy, the American Southwest, and the Adirondacks. We know which villas accept a 14-person block, which retreat centers have the right kitchen, which transfer companies show up on time, and how to plan meals around a real dietary inventory.

What we handle

Every piece except the practice itself

You bring the curriculum. We bring the place, the food, the logistics, and the calm.

Open-air yoga shala with linen curtains and mountain views

The right venue

Vetted retreat centers, private villas, boutique hotels with the right number of rooms, a yoga shala or workshop space that actually works, and the kind of grounds that hold the energy of a group.

Quiet retreat-center bedroom with linen curtains and natural light

Group room block

We hold the right number of rooms in the right configuration — singles for those who want solitude, doubles for those who want company. Group-rate contract with the venue, transparent pricing, not the per-night Airbnb gamble.

Meals + dietary

Chef-led meals planned around the actual dietary roster of your cohort — vegan, gluten-free, ayurvedic, allergens noted. Plant-forward by default. Real food, not catering-tray cliché.

Transfers + logistics

Group pickups from the nearest airport. Coordinated arrival windows. An on-the-ground point person for the week if you want one. A single doc your guests get a week before showing them exactly what to expect.

How we plan

From first sketch to the closing circle

Designed so you can focus on the practice, not the spreadsheet.

  1. Brief

We learn the shape of your retreat — cohort size, dates, energy, dietary mix, daily schedule, what you teach, what you need from a space. The more specific you can be, the closer the first venue list will land.

  2. Venue scout

Within a week you'll see 3–5 vetted venue options, each with photos, room configuration, kitchen capability, group rate, and our honest opinion on fit. We refine until one feels right.

  3. Book + plan

Venue contracted with a group block. Meals planned around your roster. Transfers arranged. A clear guest-facing document produced for you to share with your cohort.

  4. On-retreat support

An on-call point of contact for the entire retreat. Late arrivals, dietary updates, weather pivots, a venue issue — handled without you stepping out of teaching.

I'd hosted three retreats before working with Momentella and they were all logistics nightmares. Last fall in Tuscany, I taught the whole week without once thinking about a meal, a transfer, or a room. Two of my guests said it was the most professional retreat they'd been to. I'm doing all of them this way now.
